Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice has been prepared by DYF Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Dots Group", "the Company") to fulfill its information obligation regarding the processing of your personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data Controller

DYF Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. (registered office: Istanbul) acts as the data controller and processes your personal data in accordance with KVKK. Contact: kvkk@dotsgroup.com.tr

Personal Data Processed

We process the name, email address, phone number, company name, and brief content you submit through the contact form, together with the IP address and user-agent automatically recorded at the moment of submission.

Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed in order to (i) respond to you and answer your questions, (ii) manage potential leads, (iii) organize an introductory call ahead of any service engagement, and (iv) comply with legal obligations.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on KVKK Article 5/2 (c) and (f) — the establishment or performance of a contract and the legitimate interests of the data controller. Where explicit consent is required, it is obtained separately.

Retention Period

Your data is retained for 2 (two) years from the date of your last contact with us. After this period, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Transfers

Your data may be transferred abroad — with appropriate safeguards under KVKK Article 9 — only to the extent necessary to use limited service providers such as (i) Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) for email delivery and (ii) DigitalOcean (USA/EU) for infrastructure hosting. Your data is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed, request information if so, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom data is transferred (in Türkiye or abroad), request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, object to outcomes generated solely by automated systems, and request compensation for damages.

To exercise the rights above, you may submit a written application to kvkk@dotsgroup.com.tr. The Company will respond within 30 days. If our response is not satisfactory, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
